Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Crystal One Capital, LLC ("Crystal One Capital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you when you visit crystalonecapital.com or submit a funding application through our site.
1. Who We Are
Crystal One Capital, LLC connects business owners with a network of independent lending partners across the United States to help them find working capital, term loans, equipment financing, and related commercial funding products. We are not a bank or a direct lender for every product we present; in many cases we work with multiple lending partners on your behalf to identify funding options that may fit your business.

2. Information We Collect
When you submit a funding application or otherwise interact with our site, we may collect:
- Business information: legal business name, DBA, entity type, tax ID, business address, industry, time in business, revenue and sales figures, and business banking information.
- Owner and co-owner information: full legal name, date of birth, Social Security number, home address, phone number, email address, ownership percentage, and government-issued ID (such as a driver's license).
- Financial documents: personal and business bank statements, credit card processing statements, equipment quotes or invoices, and other documents you upload to support your application.
- Merchant services enrollment information: if you enroll in card processing or point-of-sale services, we may also collect voided check or bank verification details, average transaction size, and monthly processing volume.
- Signature and application data: your electronic signature, the date you sign, and the responses you provide throughout the application.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels (see Section 6).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your business for funding eligibility and match you with one or more lending partners suited to your needs.
- To verify the information provided and assess creditworthiness, including by obtaining consumer or business credit reports and other information about you or your business from consumer reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and financial institutions, as authorized by you at the time of application.
- To communicate with you about your application, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and application process.
- To detect and prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.
- To send you marketing communications about our services, where permitted, and to measure the performance of our advertising, including ads run through Meta (Facebook/ Instagram) and similar platforms.
4. How We Share Your Information
By submitting an application, you authorize Crystal One Capital to transmit your application, along with supporting documentation, to one or more lending partners for review. Because our lending partnerships vary by applicant, the specific lending partner(s) reviewing your file may differ from one application to the next. We do not publicly identify individual lending partners in advance of a funding offer.
We may share your information with:
- Lending partners and their underwriters, for the purpose of evaluating and, if approved, funding your application.
- Consumer reporting agencies and credit bureaus (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), banks, and other financial institutions, to verify the information you submit.
- Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, support e-signature or document storage, or otherwise help us operate our business (for example, our cloud hosting provider). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
- Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Broker compensation: Crystal One Capital does not charge applicants a fee to submit an application. We may receive compensation from a lending partner if your application results in funding. This does not increase the cost of your financing beyond the terms disclosed to you directly by the funding lending partner before you accept an offer.
Credit checks and other lender contact: When a consumer reporting agency (such as TransUnion, Experian, or Equifax) processes a credit check in connection with your application, that agency may, independently of Crystal One Capital, share limited information about the inquiry (such as your name, phone number, and the type of financing you sought) with other lenders. This is a practice of the credit bureaus themselves, separate from anything Crystal One Capital does with your information, and it may result in other lenders or brokers contacting you directly after you apply. Crystal One Capital does not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes, as noted above.
5. Facebook/Meta Advertising
If you submit information through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form or click on one of our ads, information related to that interaction is subject to Meta's own privacy policy in addition to this one. We use the information you provide through such channels the same way we use information submitted directly on our website, as described in Section 3.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), to understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of parts of our site.
7. Data Security
We store sensitive documents (such as bank statements and identification) using access-controlled, encrypted cloud storage, and we do not publish applicant documents to public-facing URLs. Access to applicant data is limited to personnel and lending partners who need it to process your application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to service your application, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course of business.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at info@crystalonecapital.com or 1-877-507-9473 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of certain sharing of information for advertising purposes). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information above.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business owners who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
